Travel Proposal Coordinator

PART-TIME | REMOTE
Moniker’s corporate travel and events business is expanding, and we are looking to hire talented and passionate people to support the team as we see travel rebound to pre-pandemic levels. We are hiring a part-time, remote Proposal Coordinator who will play a vital role in the first stages of research and proposing destinations in North America and abroad, as well as researching activities and preparing preliminary budgets.  
 
All successful applicants will be expected to be very comfortable researching destinations, hotels, local activities and team building activities. They will learn Moniker’s proposal process, our approach to corporate travel and events, and what delivering creative retreats  involves. There is opportunity for this position to grow into a full-time position that involves travel to familiarize yourself with destinations and properties.

COMPENSATION
An hourly rate of CAD$25 (regardless of where you are located), based on actual hours worked per week, paid bi-weekly. It is estimated there will be 10-20 hours per week in this role.
