We brought 150 participants up into the Catskills for a couple of days of bonding and team-building experiences that allowed them to feel like a kid at camp again.
An NY-based apparel company wanted to bring their whole team into the wilderness for a couple of days of bonding and relaxation after a period of rapid growth and a lot of new faces. So we headed to the NY-state countryside to a gorgeous estate immersed in nature for a ton of team-building with a rustic spin.
We ran relay races, fireside chats and s'mores, not to mention less traditional challenges such as cardboard boat building and an epic lip-sync battle as the grand finale. This remote location was perfect for bringing everyone together, fostering connection and creating the building blocks for a successful and positive team.
