Moniker’s corporate travel and events business is expanding, and we are looking to hire talented and passionate people to support the team as we grow. Position Overview: The Operations Manager role will be a part of the Travel Operations Team, and oversee a Pod of Trip Planners in managing the day-to-day business and client programs. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in helping us build and service our roster of clients in planning and executing Corporate Incentive Trips, Retreats, & Meetings around the globe. They will learn Moniker’s planning process, our approach to corporate travel and events, and what exceptional client service involves. Following this, they will master the handling of large amounts of detail required to plan and operate trips and events in order to ensure our programs meet with the high standards of excellence our clients expect from us.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
The base starting salary is CAD$80,000-$85,0000 with OTE an additional $7,500-$15,000 through on-site Guiding Fees, and an additional 10% of your salary per year through performance-related bonuses.
There will be significant travel related to this role as it is an essential requirement for this position. As such, the expectations are you should be prepared to be away from home and able to travel for 5-6 programs per year, at 4-5 nights on average per program. This is in addition to our two Monikons (our internal team retreats which happen twice a year, in January and August, for 4 nights each), and the occasional Site Visit with a client.
