Our in-house 'Meeting & Event' experts, the Mo' Pod (as they are affectionately known) are renowned by clients for their creativity in event design and eye for stylish decor and entertainment.

Their expertise is large-scale programs with lots of complex logistics and moving parts, executed flawlessly and with a smile. They got their nickname from their penchant to always indulge in mo' life and luxury,  particularly when on the road, in the air, or post-program shopping after one of their successful programs!

The Po' Pod is an adaptable and outdoorsy planning team, best known for their penchant in organizing retreats in remote or nature-based resorts.

As West Coasters themselves, they excel in leading dynamic and engaging experiences that tend to skew more on the active &  'adrenaline' side, like nature hikes, white water rafting, or mountain biking.

The Po' Pod brings a decidedly more 'granola' outdoor charm to their projects, preferring camping over champagne (unlike their counterparts on the Mo' Pod!).

Energy and enthusiasm sums up the Co Pod. Their 'roll up your sleeves and get it done' attitude is key to their success when it comes to tackling challenging or complex programs, often in destinations that require a little extra creativity!

The Co' Pod came into their name from their dynamic leader, Casey Cogan. Her pod is known for their keen eye for detail and design, capable of bringing any vision to life.
