Pod 2 (or "Po'Pod as they are known in-house) is an adaptable and outdoorsy planning team, best known for their penchant in organizing retreats in remote or nature-based resorts, with creative team-building endeavours like Surivor or Amazing Race themes.

As West Coasters themselves, they excel in leading dynamic and engaging experiences that tend to skew more on the active &  'adrenaline' side, like nature hikes, white water rafting, or mountain biking.

Moniker's Incentive Pod, led by Amanda D, Holly, and Sydney G specializes in curating glamorous, once-in-a-lifetime travel experiences, for our clients looking to reward their Top Performers or VIPs on President's Club type trips. Known for their impeccable attention to detail, they've craft bespoke programs featuring things like private yacht charters, helicopter rides with champagne toasts, F1 experiences in Dubai, and more.
