Moniker’s corporate travel and events business is expanding, and we are looking to hire talented and passionate people to support the team as we grow. Ideal candidates will play a vital role in helping us build and service our roster of clients in planning and executing Corporate Incentive Trips, Retreats, & Meetings around the globe.

CORE DUTIES:

The ideal candidate
  • Has administrative experience in an office environment, and is comfortable managing multiple projects and keeping on top of numerous deadlines and tasks
  • Proactive thinker and communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills in English (and ideally a second language for working with suppliers in the countries we operate in)
  • Has a highly developed right-brain for researching and creative problem solving
  • Has a highly developed left-brain for managing loads of detail and organizational logistics
  • Works well with complex logistics and is excited by the challenge of planning and operating exceptional trips for our clients
  • Interested in working in a small-business "start-up" environment, learning along the way, and growing with the role.
  • Is comfortable with autonomy and managing their time and tasks without much direct intervention
  • A self-starter that is highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines and manage expectations
  • Works well both as a team player and an individual. Is confident in their abilities to stay focused and on track while working in a remote setting, without direct daily supervision
Compensation

Depending on the role, our base salaries starts at of CAD$70,000, with some positions offering the OTE of an additional $5,000-$10,000 per year through on-site staffing of our programs).

Put together a high-level proposal and itinerary of how you would go about dividing and allocating a USD$500,000 budget for 100 people over the course of a 4 day program to Amsterdam, Netherlands, celebrating the success of these top performers.
  4. Tell us about your approach to planning a vacation for your own travels. Where do you start? What are your sources for research and tips? How do you go about planning your itinerary, and organize the pieces of the puzzle to ensure a smooth and seamless journey?
