Moniker’s corporate travel and events business is expanding, and we are looking to hire talented and passionate people to support the team during our growth. The Operations Manager role will be a part of the Travel Operations Team, and oversee the Trip Planning Team in managing the day-to-day business and client programs. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in helping us build and service our roster of clients in planning and executing Corporate Incentive Trips, Retreats, & Meetings both in Canada and abroad.
All successful applicants will be expected to familiarize themselves with all destinations, properties, and suppliers where we operate our programs both in Canada and internationally. They will learn Moniker’s planning process, our approach to corporate travel and events, and what exceptional client service involves. Following this, they will master the handling of large amounts of detail required to plan and operate trips and events in order to ensure our programs meet with the high standards of excellence our clients expect from us.
Salary of CAD$70,000 per year and there will be opportunities to travel in this role.
