Compensation

Salary of CAD$65,000-CAD$70,000 per year depending on experience and profile, with an opportunity to earn bonuses and performance-based incentives. There will also be several opportunities to travel in this role, participating in FAM & Research Trips, attending Tradeshows and Travel Conferences on Moniker's behalf, and occasionally earning additional income through 'guiding fees' via on-site staffing of our programs.

Curious?
Send us an email with your Resume as well as answers to two of the following questions (max 500 words each essay)

  1. Tell us about a time when you coordinated or worked on several projects at the same time. How did you juggle all of the tasks and stay on top of everything? (e.g. your approach to prioritization, managing deadlines, methods of organization)
  2. A New York-based client has approached us with a brief to help design an Incentive Trip to reward 50 of their Top Producers for a very successful year. They are asking for our ideas and suggestions for a 4-Night trip to Italy (exact destination is your suggestion), with a budget of US$500,000. Put together a high-level proposal that includes a rough itinerary, 3 potential hotels, and some potential activities or events that would be befitting of a Top Producer style incentive trip that would really 'wow' the client and their attendees.
