One Inc's Company Conference in Texas.
See how Moniker helped One Inc turn their annual company conference into a can't-miss event

Speeding up claims Bringing clients together.
One Inc is a payments platform built specifically for the property and casualty insurance industry. Their technology helps insurance carriers get money into the hands of claimants faster — streamlining a process that, for anyone who's ever filed a claim, can't move quickly enough.
As a rapidly growing company, One Inc reached an inflection point where their momentum needed a stage. Not just a product update email or a quarterly call, a real, in-person moment where clients, partners, and the One Inc team could come together to talk about the roadmap, share vision, and feel the energy of a company that's going places.
Three years ago, they hosted their first annual user conference. They've used Moniker for every single one.
“We were at a growth phase where we needed to not only talk about our product roadmap and functionality...we're a rapidly growing company and we needed a moment to bring everyone together around that”
“After the first year of getting to know what we needed, now it's a rhythm…rinse and repeat. I have full faith in Moniker's ability for site selection, coming through on budget, all of it”
Five days, packed with purpose.
From Welcome Reception to last-night Karaoke, every moment was intentional — structured enough to drive alignment, loose enough to let real relationships form.

Welcome to Fort Worth
~160 guests scattered in throughout the day. The evening kicked off with a Welcome Fiesta on the Rooftop Terrace — buffet, drinks, and the first chance for everyone to find their people. Night capped with networking at Toro Toro until 11PM.
Main Stage Energy
Breakfast at Rio Grande Ballroom, then a full day of programming at Pecos & Corridor. Speaker Sessions from 9AM -4:30PM before the transfer to Billy Bob's for the Farewell Dinner at the 81 Club.
Keynote Speakers
Three keynotes that set the tone for the industry. A Keynote Speaker at 1PM, the Mastercard Keynote at 3:30PM, and the Guidewire Keynote, each one bringing a different perspective to the room, and giving attendees something to carry home.
Charity Initiative
Woven into the lunch hour, the Charity Initiative gave attendees a moment to do something meaningful together, a reminder that the people in this room aren't just colleagues or customers, they're part of something bigger.
Roundtable Discussions
While the main stage ran keynotes and product demos, Treaty Oak hosted something quieter — an open conversation about life beyond the work.
The Final Push
Breakfast at Rio Grande Ballroom, Welcome & Highlights at 8:30AM, Guidewire Keynote, Expert Panels, and Closing Remarks by 11AM. Grab & Go Lunch before scattered afternoon departures. Three packed days, done.
"I'm super impressed with the caliber of staff Sean is able to secure. You guys have come through over and over again — I love the relationship."
Three years in, still raising the bar.
From site selection to on-site execution, we owned the entire conference operation, and built a partnership that gets stronger with every passing year.
The foundation is trust, established through consistent delivery, proactive communication, and showing up the same way every single time. Casey, the one constant thread across all three conferences, has become an extension of the One Inc team in every meaningful sense. She knows their business, their clients, their standards, and their stress points..which means One Inc never has to re-explain themselves or start from scratch.
On the staffing side, the quality of the team we bring has consistently exceeded expectations. At a client-facing conference, every person on the ground is a reflection of One Inc's brand. We take that seriously.
No re-explanations needed
Venues, room blocks, last-minute sign-ups, evolving needs, Moniker has been the constant thread across all three conferences. They know One Inc's business, their clients, their standards, and their stress points. Which means they never have to start from scratch.

Why Fort Worth worked
Site selection isn't just about finding a venue that fits the headcount. It's about finding a space that communicates the right things about your brand. We find the room that makes 160 clients feel like they showed up somewhere worth being.
Always nearby, never in the way
We don't manage from a back office. We're in the room, alongside the One Inc team, visible to clients and ready to solve whatever comes up before it becomes a problem.
"They did a great job weaving in engagement activities. The team found some great options and clients loved it — a lot of things that were hands-on that clients could do at the event."

“Year after year, they're just willing to go the extra mile. Whatever you need, available, uber responsive — always coming back with great solutions when there's something we need to mitigate on site.
It really comes down to the people Sean has hired. Anyone can put numbers on a sheet, Moniker thinks of every thing.”

A conference worth repeating.
One Inc left Fort Worth with something most event planners spend years chasing: the confidence to do it all again — better, bigger, and without the anxiety of starting from zero.
he groundwork is laid. The relationship is built. The process is known. What once required months of heavy lifting now has a rhythm — one that frees the One Inc team to focus on their clients and their content, rather than the logistics holding it all together.
For a company moving as fast as One Inc, that kind of operational confidence isn't a nice-to-have. It's a competitive advantage.
160
Team members who arrived as coworkers and left as friends
Clients left impressed, not just informed.
A user conference is only as good as the experience clients have walking through it. The branding, the programming, the energy in the room — all of it communicated something about who One Inc is. People noticed.
3
Years running — and every conference better than the last
The team stopped dreading the planning.
What used to feel like a production now feels like a rhythm. One Inc knows what they're getting, knows who's showing up, and knows it's going to work. That's a different way to go into a conference year.
2.5
Days that strengthened every client relationship in the room
The bar got raised — again.
Every year, Moniker finds a way to push it further. New engagement activities, elevated branding, smarter logistics. The conference keeps getting better because the partnership keeps getting stronger.
"I get a sense of wholeness knowing that year over year we will keep repeating this together. I love that we can rinse and repeat but do it in another place. I'm not starting from scratch — I know what I'm getting and I get excited to work with them again."
