Some Retreat Activities to Consider in Las Vegas

Corporate retreat activities in Las Vegas offer unique experiences such as helicopter tours over the stunning cityscape, thrilling ATV tours through the desert, and captivating live shows. These activities provide an exciting and memorable way for teams to bond and enhance their collaboration skills.

Desert UTV Tour

One of our favourite corporate retreat activities in Las Vegas! Rev up your engines and depart on a guided UTV tour through the rugged desert landscape. Test your steering ability as you maneuver through miles of sand dunes and zoom around legendary off-road racetracks. Take a pit stop, grab some water, and take in the stunning arid scenery. You’ll feel as if you're worlds away from the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas strip in the picturesque Nevada desert.

Helicopter Tour of Grand Canyon

Get a whole new perspective as you soar through one of the seven natural wonders of the world, and appreciate the powerful and inspiring landscape of the Grand Canyon from above with a birds-eye view from your helicopter!

The group will be taken on a flight through the valleys and rivers of the canyon, getting an up-close-and-personal view of the infamous red rock cliffs and geology that has existed for millions of years, past Hoover Dam, Lake Mea, and the vast Mojave Desert before touching down to indulge in a champagne picnic on the edge of the Colorado River in the canyon.

Las Vegas Show

Shows in Las Vegas are part of the true Sin City experience, home to the world’s most talented and famous performers, and productions delivering top-notch entertainment every night of the week! From an array of artist residencies, world-famous magicians including Matt Franco and Shin Lim to the iconic Cirque du Soliel and Blue Man Group shows.

essential tips for planning

Top Tips for a Company Retreat in Las Vegas

Expert Advice for a Retreat in Las Vegas

1. Research Events in Advance: Las Vegas is home to several global events (think: F1), some of which take over a large chunk of the city. Plan your corporate retreat in Las Vegas around these events! Flights will be less expensive, the city won’t be as busy, and moving around will be easier.

2. Get Outside of the City: Las Vegas has more to offer than what is just on the strip - plan excursions to take advantage of the beautiful desert landscape and iconic landmarks.

3. Bundle Your Packages: Many hotels offer bundle packages for entertainment, events, and accommodation. To make the most of your budget and offer your guests exciting new options, take advantage of the bundles on offer.

4. The Strip is Long: Unbeknownst to many, the Las Vegas Strip is 6.8km (over 3 miles!). If you’re planning on ‘walking the strip’, plan to bring comfy shoes! If you’re out all day, pack a portable battery charger and bring water.

5. It Gets Hot: Las Vegas can get really hot, especially in the summer months. Depending on your group needs, try and plan your retreat in the off-season - Spring and Fall - when the temperatures are more bearable.

Any Other Considerations for an Offsite in Las Vegas

Though generally safe, Las Vegas is just like any other big city. Since it is a tourist destination, there are heightened security measures in place - security staff, cameras, metal detectors, and in-room security measures keep the risk low. This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t use your common sense! Don’t walk alone at night, stay in large groups, gamble discreetly, and drive or take Ubers.
